Grow. Develop. Learn.

Our academy programme is industry-leading, providing targeted training at every level to give our staff the skills they need for their jobs, their careers and to help them manoeuvre through life. We have thousands of technical training options for JDXers at each point in their career, including accredited programmes within KYC, Project Management/Agile and Legal. All our technical training is balanced with self-management and communication training, including ‘Resilience’, ‘Creating Meaningful Work’ and Emotionally Intelligent Leadership, along with 60+ other classroom courses led by experienced industry professionals.

We work hard to create an atmosphere of self-led learning and engagement in our staff’s own development, so you will have the opportunity to tailor your development path as you move through your career with us. Some of our staff have even collaborated with L&D to create their own training courses.

“Continual training is one of the best ways to broaden your skillset and lead a fulfilling career. At JDX you have access to masses of development material, not just on technical skills but also soft skills. Across my 6 years at JDX I have been through multiple training courses including negotiation training by the Met Police, presentation training by the London Theatre Company and finance training by leading industry experts”

– Sam Meddick, Director

From Graduate to Executive Director, JDX Academy is here to support your continued development and enable you to reach your potential.

“The L&D team fully supported me during my time at JDX, in particular, the team aided my journey to become an AgilePM trainer, from providing courses to improve my training ability whilst ensuring the technical training I personally received best equipped me to teach the internationally recognised AgilePM course. I have since successfully trained over 100 of my colleagues and with the help of our L&D team, are constantly looking to improve our training and flexibility of delivery to our staff.”
