JDX, the global financial services consulting firm, announced today that it was excited to welcome Kevin Gould, Alison Rankin Frost and Tim Frost, as new investors in the company.

Kevin was co-founder and President of Markit Group and will join the board of JDX Holdings Limited. Alison Rankin Frost founded the reputation management consultancy Context and is a co-investor with her husband Tim, who is a co-founder of Cairn Capital. The new investors have a 20% stake in the company between them.

The investors bring invaluable strategic experience that aligns to JDXs objective of diversification, both in terms of building out its offering with complementary businesses and geographical diversification through its hubs in New York and Singapore, with the ultimate aim of listing the company via an initial public offering (IPO).

JDX continues its steady, rapid growth and goes from strength to strength. In the last year it has appointed Mark Williams and Lucy Dorr to the JDX Executive Committee, which in addition to the new investors is a further strengthening of the firm’s senior leadership. Mark was appointed as Chief Financial Officer and has significant experience of raising equity and debt financing in public and private markets. Lucy joined JDX in early May to spearhead its global consulting business.
