JDX, the global financial services consulting firm, announced today that it was excited to welcome Pete Lipton as Global Head of Document Lifecycle Management Sales. Pete’s arrival further strengthens JDX’s continued growth and development and will allow JDX’s Document Lifecycle Management team to further diversify and expand its client base globally.

    A dealmaker with significant start-up and enterprise sales experience, and with global experience in complex deal management, Pete brings a wealth of knowledge to compliment and supplement the JDX sales team. Pete’s experience ranges from small start-ups to 100,000+ employee fortune 500 companies. By building predictable revenue streams and high performing teams, Pete has helped scale businesses through series-C and D funding, acquisitions, and most recently a $1bn exit at Shape Security.

Led by Charles Post and Katie Morgan, JDX has adopted a pioneering and innovative approach, developed by industry practitioners to provide differentiating enterprise-wide legal document solutions, aligned to the mission-critical needs of our clients.
